Health & safety guidelines

Before your appointment

  • Cleanse your lashes: Shower before your appointment and arrive with clean lashes and a clean face. Avoid wearing eye makeup or using waterproof mascara for 2–3 days before your appointment.

  • Don’t curl your lashes: Avoid curling/lash lifting your lashes before your appointment.

  • Wear glasses or remove contacts: Bring your glasses or remove your contacts before your appointment for comfort.

  • Avoid caffeine and stimulants: Avoid caffeine and other stimulants up to four hours before your appointment. Caffeine can make it hard to keep your eyelids relaxed.

After your appointment

  • No water or steam for the initial period: Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming for the first 24-48 hours to allow the adhesive to fully set.

  • Gentle handling: Do not rub, pull, or twist your lashes, as this can cause them to fall out prematurely.

  • Oil-free products: Use only oil-free makeup removers, cleansers, and skincare products around your eyes.

  • Sleeping position: Sleep on your back to minimize pressure on your lashes while resting.

  • Brush regularly: Brush your lashes daily with a clean lash brush to keep them separated and neat.

  • Avoid mascara and curlers: Do not use mascara or eyelash curlers on your extensions.

  • Wash lashes properly: Cleanse your lash line with a lash-specific cleanser to remove debris and buildup.

  • Consult your technician: Always follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by your lash technician.
